How to Install and Set Up TiviMate on Your ONN TV Box

Step 1: Open the Google Play Store

1. Turn on your ONN TV Box and wait for the Home Screen to appear.
2. Using your remote, navigate to and select the Google Play Store.

Step 2: Search for TiviMate

1. Select the Search option at the top of the Play Store.
2. Type TiviMate using the on-screen keyboard or voice search.
3. Select TiviMate IPTV Player from the search results.

Step 3: Install TiviMate

1. Click the Install button.
2. Wait for the app to download and install.
3. Once the installation is complete, click Open.

Step 4: Set Up TiviMate

1. When TiviMate opens, follow the on-screen instructions.
2. Select Add Playlist.
3. Choose Xtream Codes Login if your provider has supplied Xtream Codes credentials.
4. Enter the following information provided by your service provider:
   • Server URL
   • Username
   • Password
5. Click Next and allow TiviMate to load your channels.

Step 5: Start Watching

Once the playlist has loaded successfully, your channels should appear and be ready to watch.

Troubleshooting Tips

No Channels Are Showing

If your channels do not appear:

1. Verify that your Username, Password, and Server URL were entered correctly.
2. Check that your internet connection is working.
3. Refresh the playlist:
   • Open Settings
   • Select Playlists
   • Choose your playlist
   • Select Update Playlist

App Is Not Loading

1. Restart your ONN TV Box.
2. Confirm that you have an active internet connection.
3. Reopen TiviMate and try again.

Optional: Upgrade to TiviMate Premium

TiviMate offers additional premium features such as:

• Advanced customization options
• Backup and restore settings

You can subscribe to TiviMate Premium directly within the app if desired.
